Song-Cho Electric Thermal Cooker (SC-ETC60) allows a constant temperature of 90 degrees, great for soup!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- Old Cucumber 1 small pc (washed, removed skin & cut into medium pieces)
- Pork Ribs 300g (washed, blanched, rinsed & drained it)
- Dried Squid 2 pcs (washed & cut into medium pieces)
- Dates 5 pcs (washed)
- Dried Wolfberries 1 small handful (washed & drained)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tsp
- Water 1.5L
Steps:
- Add all ingredients into the stainless steel pot provided (except salt and chicken powder).
- Close the lid and cook over the stove till boiled and let it continue to cook for another 5 minutes in medium heat.
- Off the stove and place the pot into the Electric Thermal Cooker.
- Switch on the power and leave it for 2 hours.
- The soup is ready to be served (you may leave the switch on or off thereafter).

- 老黄瓜 1 小条 (洗净, 削皮, 切块)
- 猪软骨 300克 (洗净, 川烫后用水冲洗后沥干)
- 鱿鱼2只 (洗净切段)
- 红枣5颗 (洗净)
- 枸杞 1小把 (洗净沥干)
- 盐1茶匙
- 鸡精粉 1茶匙
- 清水 1.5公升
做法:
- 将所有材料(除了盐和鸡精粉)倒入所提供的不锈钢锅
- 关盖, 放上火炉上煮至沸腾然后再收中火继续煮约5分钟
- 熄火把锅子移到微电加热式焖烧锅内
- 开电源, 让它焖2小时
- 完成后, 盛入碗中即可趁热享用 (你可选择继续插电或关掉电源)
