Old Cucumber Soup (老黄瓜汤) – Song-Cho Electric Thermal Cooker SC-ETC60 (松厨微电加热式焖烧锅)

Song-Cho Electric Thermal Cooker (SC-ETC60) allows a constant temperature of 90 degrees, great for soup!

Serves 4


  • Old Cucumber 1 small pc (washed, removed skin & cut into medium pieces)
  • Pork Ribs 300g (washed, blanched, rinsed & drained it)
  • Dried Squid 2 pcs (washed & cut into medium pieces)
  • Dates 5 pcs (washed)
  • Dried Wolfberries 1 small handful (washed & drained)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Water 1.5L


  1.  Add all ingredients into the stainless steel pot provided (except salt and chicken powder).
  2.  Close the lid and cook over the stove till boiled and let it continue to cook for another 5 minutes in medium heat.
  3.  Off the stove and place the pot into the Electric Thermal Cooker.
  4.  Switch on the power and leave it for 2 hours.
  5.  The soup is ready to be served (you may leave the switch on or off thereafter).

  • 老黄瓜 1 小条 (洗净, 削皮, 切块)
  • 猪软骨 300克 (洗净, 川烫后用水冲洗后沥干)
  • 鱿鱼2只 (洗净切段)
  • 红枣5颗 (洗净)
  • 枸杞 1小把 (洗净沥干)
  • 盐1茶匙
  • 鸡精粉 1茶匙
  • 清水 1.5公升


  1.  将所有材料(除了盐和鸡精粉)倒入所提供的不锈钢锅
  2.  关盖, 放上火炉上煮至沸腾然后再收中火继续煮约5分钟
  3.  熄火把锅子移到微电加热式焖烧锅内
  4.  开电源, 让它焖2小时
  5.  完成后, 盛入碗中即可趁热享用 (你可选择继续插电或关掉电源)
