Bamboo Shoot Pork Strips (竹笋肉丝) – Song-Cho Ideal Wok (松厨IDEAL万用锅)

Try this yummy pork dish using Song-Cho Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok! Great with rice!

Serves 4


  • Pork 165g (washed & cut into strips)
  • Bamboo Shoot 1 can (drained & sliced)
  • Ginger 2 slices (cut into smaller pieces)
  • Garlic 2 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Pickled Millet Chilli 3 pcs (finely chopped)
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tbsp
  • Water 4 tbsp

*You may make changes to the ingredients and/or adjust the quantity according to personal preference.

Marinate for Pork:

  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 1 tbsp


  1. Marinate the pork strips and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add oil into Ideal wok before the wok heats up, turn on high heat. Add garlic, ginger and pickled millet chilli, stir-fry a while, add marinated pork strips and bamboo shoot, stir-fry till nearly cooked.
  3. Add oyster sauce, water and stir-fry till cooked, add sugar to taste, mix well.
  4. Scoop and best serve with rice.





  • 猪肉 165克 (洗净, 切成柳条状)
  • 竹笋 1罐 (切丝)
  • 姜 2片 (切小片)
  • 蒜蓉 2瓣 (剁碎)
  • 泡椒 3条 (切小段)
  • 蚝油 2汤匙
  • 白糖 ½ 汤匙
  • 清水 4汤匙


  • 酱清 1汤匙
  • 白胡椒粉 1茶匙
  • 生粉 1汤匙
  • 油 1汤匙

 *可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量


  1. 先把猪柳腌制约5分钟
  2. 冷锅下油, 开大火, 加入蒜蓉, 姜, 泡椒, 稍微翻炒, 加入腌好的肉丝和竹笋, 翻炒均匀
  3. 加入辣豆瓣酱, 姜, 蒜蓉, 青葱 (白的部分), 黑木耳丝, 翻炒均匀至快熟透
  4. 加入蚝油, 清水, 继续翻炒至熟, 然后加入白糖炒均匀
  5. 盛盘趁热享用
