Cordyceps Flower Pork Strip Steam Bass (虫草花肉丝蒸鲈鱼) – Song-Cho Ideal Wok (松厨IDEAL万用锅)

Try this amazing yet simple to make Steam Fish recipe using Song-Cho multi-ply stainless steel Ideal Wok!

Ingredient A:

  • Striped Bass 300g

Ingredient B:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 30g (cut into strips)
  • Black Fungus 50g (cut into strips)
  • Pork 80g (cut into strips)
  • Cordyceps Flower 20g (soaked and washed)
  • Chinese Mushroom 3 pcs (soaked and sliced)


  • Stock 100 ml
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Maggie Seasoning Sauce 1 tsp
  • Hua Diao Wine ½ tbsp
  • Potato Starch Flour 20g

 *You may make changes to the ingredients and/or adjust the quantity according to personal preference.


  1.  Stir-fry ingredient B in Ideal Wok till fragrant, add all seasoning, thicken with potato starch water, remove and set aside.
  2. (Optional) Sprinkle a little chicken powder and potato starch water onto the fish and rub evenly.
  3.  Spread the cooked mixture onto the fish and steam for 8 minutes, garnish and serve hot.




  • 鲈鱼柳 300克


  • 清油 1汤匙
  • 姜丝 30克
  • 黑木耳丝 50克
  • 肉丝 80克
  • 虫草花 20克 (泡水洗净)
  • 香菇3朵 (泡水洗净切片)


  • 鲜汤 100 毫升
  • 蚝油 1汤匙
  • 糖 半茶匙
  • 美极鲜味汁 1茶匙
  • 花彫酒 半汤匙
  • 风车粉 20克

 *可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量


  1.  将材料B放入锅里爆香, 后下所有调味料煮匀, 勾芡备用。
  2.  (可省略) 撒少许的鸡精粉和淋点风车粉水沫匀。
  3.  将煮好的虫草花肉丝酱, 铺在鲈鱼柳上, 放入蒸炉蒸8分钟取出, 加于点缀即可趁热享用。
