Try this amazing yet simple to make Steam Fish recipe using Song-Cho multi-ply stainless steel Ideal Wok!
Ingredient A:
- Striped Bass 300g
Ingredient B:
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ginger 30g (cut into strips)
- Black Fungus 50g (cut into strips)
- Pork 80g (cut into strips)
- Cordyceps Flower 20g (soaked and washed)
- Chinese Mushroom 3 pcs (soaked and sliced)
Seasoning:
- Stock 100 ml
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Maggie Seasoning Sauce 1 tsp
- Hua Diao Wine ½ tbsp
- Potato Starch Flour 20g
*You may make changes to the ingredients and/or adjust the quantity according to personal preference.
Steps:
- Stir-fry ingredient B in Ideal Wok till fragrant, add all seasoning, thicken with potato starch water, remove and set aside.
- (Optional) Sprinkle a little chicken powder and potato starch water onto the fish and rub evenly.
- Spread the cooked mixture onto the fish and steam for 8 minutes, garnish and serve hot.

材料A:
- 鲈鱼柳 300克
材料B:
- 清油 1汤匙
- 姜丝 30克
- 黑木耳丝 50克
- 肉丝 80克
- 虫草花 20克 (泡水洗净)
- 香菇3朵 (泡水洗净切片)
调味料:
- 鲜汤 100 毫升
- 蚝油 1汤匙
- 糖 半茶匙
- 美极鲜味汁 1茶匙
- 花彫酒 半汤匙
- 风车粉 20克
*可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量
做法:
- 将材料B放入锅里爆香, 后下所有调味料煮匀, 勾芡备用。
- (可省略) 撒少许的鸡精粉和淋点风车粉水沫匀。
- 将煮好的虫草花肉丝酱, 铺在鲈鱼柳上, 放入蒸炉蒸8分钟取出, 加于点缀即可趁热享用。
