Cook a complete meal with Song-Cho Rice Cooker (SC-FD18F2)!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • White Rice 1 cup (washed and drained)
  • Yam 150g (peeled, washed and cut into small pieces)
  • Pork Rib 500g (washed and pat dry)

Marinate for pork ribs:

  • Black Bean 15g
  • Red Chilli chopped a little
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Corn Starch 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp


Steps:

  1.  Marinate pork ribs with seasoning for half an hour.
  2.  Add chopped yam and marinated pork ribs into the rice cooker inner pot.
  3.  Place steamer above the inner pot and place the rice (with 1 cup of water) onto the steamer.
  4.  Close the lid. Press MENU till SOUP, press START (hold for 2 seconds).
  5.  It takes an hour to complete the cooking process. Once done, serve when its hot.

  • 芋头150克 (去皮, 洗净, 切小块)
  • 排骨 500克 (洗净稍抹干)

腌制排骨调味料:

  • 豆鼓15克
  • 红辣椒 少许
  • 蚝油 1汤匙
  • 白糖 1茶匙
  • 太白粉1茶匙
  • 清水1汤匙

做法:

  1.  将排骨腌制半个小时.
  2.  把芋头和腌制好的排骨倒入内锅.
  3.  放上蒸盘, 放入盛了白米的碗 (倒入1杯清水).
  4.  关盖, 按MENU 键至SOUP功能, 按 START 键 (久按2秒).
  5.  烹煮程序需1小时, 完成后趁热享用.
