Lasagna (意式千层面) – Song-Cho Rice Cooker SC-GC10 (松厨电饭锅 SC-GC10)

Rice cooker (SC-GC10) Lasagna, simply yummy!

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • Pasta sauce 350g
  • White sauce (cheesy alfredo sauce) 300g
  • Shredded cheese ½ packet (ready packet – a mix of cheddar, mozzarella & parmesan)
  • Lagsana pasta 125g
  • Onion 1/2pc (can use whole if preferred; peel & diced)
  • Button mushroom 50g (wash & diced)
  • Carrot 40g (peel & diced)
  • Minced pork 240g (can use beef or chicken)
  • Salt a little
  • Black pepper a little
  • Water 80g


Steps:

  1.  Add oil into Ideal wok, add onion and carrot, stir-fry till onion slightly translucent.
  2.  Add mushroom, mix well, add minced pork and stir-fry till cooked. Add salt, black pepper and pasta sauce, mix well, scoop into a bowl and set aside.
  3.  Add water (with a tsp of oil) into stainless steel inner pot.
  4.  Place lagsana pasta pieces all around, spread generous portion of minced pork mixture on top, then white sauce (in this case cheesy alfredo sauce) and sprinkle a handful if shredded cheese. Repeat till sauces have been used up.
  5.  Place the inner pot into the rice cooker, press MENU to COOK function. It takes approximately 35 minutes to cook.
  6.  When the rice cooker completes the process, let it simmer for another 20 minutes before opening the rice cooker. Scoop and serve hot.

  • 碎芝士 半包 (现成包装 – 切达, 帕尔马和酪莫扎里拉混合包装)
  • 千层面 125克
  • 洋葱半粒 (如喜欢可用整粒; 去皮切丁)
  • 蘑菇50克 (洗净切丁)
  • 红萝卜40 克 (去皮切丁)
  • 绞猪肉 240克 (可用牛肉或鸡肉)
  • 盐 少许
  • 黑胡椒粉 少许
  • 清水80克

做法:

  1.  冷锅下油, 加入洋葱和红萝卜翻炒至洋葱呈現半透明状.
  2.  加入蘑菇稍微翻炒, 然后加入绞肉翻炒至肉熟透. 加入少许的盐,黑胡椒粉和意大利酱, 炒匀捞起备用.
  3.  在不锈钢内锅加入混合了少许油的清水.
  4.  先铺上一层千层面, 再加上意大利酱料然后铺上白酱, 撒上碎芝士即可. 重复做法直到酱料用完为止.
  5.  将内锅放入电饭锅内, 按MENU COOK功能, 需约35分钟.
  6.  程序完成后, 让它焖煮约20分钟后即可开锅盛盘, 趁热享用.
