Glutinous Rice Balls/Mua Chee (麻糍) – Song-Cho Ideal Wok (松厨IDEAL万用锅)

A yummy snack, Mua Chee using Song-Cho Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok!

Serves 4


  • Glutinous Rice Flour 230g
  • Water 345ml
  • Oil 100ml
  • *Grounded peanut 20g (ready-pack)
  • *Fried Shallot 2tbsp

*May adjust the quantity according to personal preference


  1. Add water into glutinous rice flour and mix till the flour has been dissolved.
  2. Add oil into the flour mixture and mix well.
  3. Add (sieved) the flour mixture into Ideal wok, turn on medium heat and mix till it became a dough-like mass (may turn off heat after about 3 minutes).
  4. Add fried shallots and mix well.
  5. Spread ready-packed grounded peanut onto a big plate, pour the cooked flour mixture onto the plate.
  6. Use a spatula to cut through the dough into bite-size balls and coat well with the grounded peanut. Enjoy!





  • 糯米粉 230克
  • 清水 345毫升
  • 油 100毫升
  • *花生粉 20克 (现成)
  • *炸葱头 2汤匙

*可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量


  1. 把水加入糯米粉内搅拌均匀至完全混合
  2. 把油加入然后拌匀
  3. 把面粉糊(过滤)倒入IDEAL平底万用锅内, 调中火, 搅拌至成面团状 (可在约3分钟后熄火)
  4. 加入炸葱头继续搅拌至均匀
  5. 在盘上倒入花生粉然后把面团倒入盘中
  6. 利用锅铲把面团切成小块, 裹上花生粉就完成了!
