SONG-COOKING 轻松厨房: Asparagus Prawns (芦笋烩虾球) – Ideal 30cm Wok (松厨Ideal平底万用锅)

A colourful dish, Asparagus Prawn using Song-Cho 30cm Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok.

Serves 4


  • Asparagus 2 pcs (wash & cut into bite-size pcs)
  • Prawn 300g (cleanse & deshell)
  • Carrot ½ pc (peel, wash & slice)
  • Chinese Mushroom 3 pcs (soak till soft, drain & slice)
  • Garlic 1tsp (finely chopped)
  • Chicken Stock 100ml
  • Cornflour a little (mix with water)
  • Oil a little


  1.   Add oil into Ideal Wok before it gets heated up, add garlic and stir-fry till fragrant.
  2. Add asparagus, mushroom, carrot, add ¾ chicken stock, mix well and cover with lid, let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3.  Add remaining chicken stock (if wetter version preferred) and prawns. Mix well and cover with lid till prawns are cooked.
  4.  Last, add about 2-3 teaspoon of the cornflour mixture to thicken the gravy. Mix well and served hot.





  • 芦笋 2条 (洗净, 切小段)
  • 鲜虾 300克 (去壳, 去肠, 洗净)
  • 红萝卜 半条 (去皮, 洗净, 切片)
  • 香菇 3朵 (浸泡至软, 切片)
  • 蒜蓉 1茶匙
  • 上汤 100毫升
  • 生粉 少许 (加水勾芡)
  • 油 少许


  1.  用Ideal万用锅, 冷锅下油, 加入蒜蓉爆香
  2.  加入芦笋, 香菇, 红萝卜翻炒片刻, 倒入3/4上汤盖上锅盖, 让它焖煮几分钟
  3.  然后加入剩余的上汤(如喜欢较多汁版) 和虾, 翻炒均匀, 盖上锅盖煮至虾熟为止
  4.  最后加入2-3茶匙生粉水勾芡, 翻炒均匀即可上碟趁热享用
