Stewed Chilli Chicken (辣椒焖鸡肉) – Magic Quick Cook Pressure Cooker (松厨魔法气压锅)

Try this spicy chicken recipe using SONG-CHO Magic Quick Cook pressure cooker. Just 6 minutes!

Serves 4


  • Chicken thigh 400g (wash & cut into bite-size pieces)
  • Chili padi 1 pc (finely chopped)
  • Fermented black beans 1tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Shallots 2 pcs (finely chopped)
  • Ginger 1 tbsp, about 3 slices (finely chopped)
  • Sesame oil little to taste
  • Coriander leaves a little for garnish


1) Spread fermented black beans, shallots, ginger, and chili padi on top of chicken thigh evenly. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil.

2) Pour water into Magic Quick Cook pressure cooker and place a trivet inside. Place the chicken into the pressure cooker. Close/lock the lid. Cooking time is 6 minutes (timing starts only when the balancing weight rocks).

3) Once the indicator drops (IMPORTANT), open the lid. Remove the chicken from the Magic Quick Cook, garnish with coriander leaves, serve with rice.

  • 鸡腿肉 400克
  • 小辣椒 1支(剁碎)
  • 豆豉 1汤匙 (剁碎)
  • 小葱头 2粒 (剁碎)

1) 把豆豉, 小葱头, 姜和小辣椒铺在鸡肉上, 淋点麻油

2) 倒水入魔法气压锅内, 再放入蒸盘. 把鸡肉放入气压锅蒸内, 盖上锅盖, 煮6分钟即可 (当配重头摇摆开始计时6分钟)

3) 等到指示阀下降(重要), 开盖取出鸡肉, 撒上芫荽趁热与饭一起享用
