Try this simple Sweet & Sour Pork Rib recipe using Song-Cho 30cm Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok.

Serves 4


  • Pork Rib 300g (washed & drained)
  • Green Capsicum ½ pc (washed & cut into bite-size pcs)
  • Pineapple ¼ pc (peeled, washed & cut into bite-size pcs)
  • Onion ½ pc (peeled, washed & cut into bite-size pcs)
  • Sweet & Sour Plum Sauce 2tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 2tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce 2tbsp
  • Cornstarch a little
  • Salt a little
  • Oil a little


  1. Add oil into a pot for deep-frying or pork ribs. Dip pork rib into cornstarch and deep-fried till golden brown, drain away excess oil and set aside.
  2. In a separate wok, add oil, onion, capsicum, pineapple and stir-fry for a while.
  3. Add salt, tomato sauce, chili sauce, sweet & sour plum sauce, mix well.
  4. Add pork ribs and mix well. Plate it and ready to be served.

  • 排骨 300克 (洗净, 沥干)
  • 青灯笼椒 半粒 (洗净, 切块)
  • 凤梨 ¼ 粒 (去皮, 洗净, 切块)
  • 洋葱 半个(去皮, 洗净, 切块)
  • 酸甜梅酱 2 汤匙
  • 辣椒酱 2 汤匙
  • 蕃茄酱 2 汤匙
  • 蜀粉 适量
  • 盐 少许
  • 油 适量


  1. 把油倒入多层不锈钢锅内; 把排骨裹上蜀粉然后放入热油里炸至金黄色, 捞起并沥干油分, 待用
  2. 用Ideal万用锅内, 冷锅下油, 加入洋葱, 灯笼椒, 凤梨翻炒片刻
  3. 加入盐, 蕃茄酱, 辣椒酱和酸甜梅酱翻炒均匀
  4. 加入炸好的排骨, 翻炒均匀即可上碟趁热享用
