Try this simple well-balanced Stir-Fry Pork with Celery using Song-Cho 30cm Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok.

Serves 3-4


  • Pork Shoulder/Butt 300g (sliced)
  • Celery 3 pcs (washed & cut into strips)
  • Carrots ½ pc (peeled, washed & cut into strips)
  • Minced Garlic a little
  • Chicken Stock 50ml
  • Oil a little


  1. Add water into Ideal Wok and bring the water to a boil. Add celery and carrots, blanched till they are cooked, scoop and set aside.
  2. Pour away the water, wipe the wok dry. Add oil into the Ideal Wok before it gets heated up.
  3. Add minced garlic, stir-fry till fragrant. Add pork slices, stir-fry till 70% cooked.
  4. Add celery, carrots and chicken stock, stir-fry till pork is cooked.
  5. Serve with rice.



供 3-4人份


  • 梅肉 300克 (切片)
  • 西芹 3条 (洗净, 切成条状)
  • 红萝卜 半条 (洗净, 去皮, 切成条状)
  • 蒜蓉 少许
  • 上汤 50毫升
  • 油 少许


  1. 把水倒入Ideal万用锅内, 煮滚后加入西芹和红萝卜, 煮熟捞起备用
  2. 把水倒掉, 抹干; 冷锅下油
  3. 加入蒜蓉爆香, 然后加入梅肉翻炒至七分熟
  4. 加入烫熟的西芹和红萝卜, 倒入上汤, 翻炒至梅肉熟透即可上碟
  5. 趁热与饭一起享用
