Making a healthy pasta using fresh ingredients can be easy with the demo from Ms Vinitha Ang of NutriHub! Try this recipe using Song-Cho Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok.

Serves 2-3

Ingredients (Basil Tomato Pasta Sauce):

  • Fresh Tomato 250g (wash, remove some seeds & core, cut into cubes)
  • Pumpkin 250g (wash, peel skin & remove seeds, cut into thin slices)
  • Fresh Basil Leaves 8 to10 pcs (rinse & cut into thin strips just before use)

Ingredients (Pasta):

  • Fusilli Pasta 150g (cook in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes with a pinch of salt, after which rinse it with cold water and set aside)
  • Red bell pepper 50g (wash & cut into slices)
  • Yellow bell pepper 50g or baby corn, 2 to 3 pcs (wash & cut into slices)
  • Green bell pepper 50g or Japanese cucumber 50g (wash & cut into slices)
  • Fresh button mushroom 5 to 6 pcs (rinse, remove stalk & cut into slices)

Seasoning (Sauce):

  • Veg G seasoning 2 tsp (may use Chicken Powder)
  • Liquid Amino 2 tbsp (may use Light Soy Sauce)
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Oil

  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp

Toppings

  • Pine nuts 1 tbsp (rinse clean)

Steps (Sauce):

  1. Cook pumpkin in 250ml water for 10 minutes in Ideal Wok in high heat.
  2. Add tomato to cook for 5 to 10 minutes (after which remove the skin and mesh both pumpkin & tomato in the sauce), reduce to medium/low heat.
  3. Set aside half a portion to cool before tossing in cut Basil leaves.

Steps (Pasta):

  1. With the remaining ½ portion of the Homemade Tomato Pasta Sauce (without basil leaves), cook the vegetables & mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes. Add seasoning, mix well & bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the fusilli pasta, mix well. Add the other ½ portion of Basil Tomato Pasta Sauce with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
  3. Last, add pine nuts as toppings before serving.

材料 (意式酱料):

  • 鲜番茄 250克 (洗净, 去籽和核, 切丁)
  • 南瓜 (洗净, 去皮和籽, 切薄片)
  • 九层塔 8-10片 (洗净, 要用前才切成细条) 

材料 (螺丝粉):

  • 螺丝粉150克 (在加了一点盐的滚水中煮15-20分钟, 过后用冷水冲一冲待用)
  • 红灯笼椒 50克 (洗净, 切片)
  • 黄灯笼椒50克或玉米笋2-3条 (洗净, 切片)
  • 青灯笼椒50克或日式黄瓜50克 (洗净, 切片)
  • 鲜蘑菇 5-6朵 (洗净, 去茎, 切片)

调味料 (意式酱料):

  • 蔬菜调味料 2茶匙 (可用蔬菜粉或鸡精粉)
  • Liquid Amino 2汤匙 (可用酱青)
  • 番茄酱2汤匙

:

  • 特级初榨橄榄油 1汤匙

配料:

  • 松子 1汤匙 (用水冲一冲)

做法 (意式酱料):

  1. 在IDEAL万用锅内加入250毫升的水, 开大火将南瓜片煮10分钟
  2. 加入番茄煮5-10分钟, 之后把番茄皮取出将南瓜和番茄捣烂, 回中/小火
  3. 把一半的酱料取出加入九层塔拌匀待用

做法 (螺丝粉):

  1. 把菜和蘑菇倒入剩下一半酱料的锅中煮2-3分钟, 加入调味料炒匀, 让它煮滚
  2. 加入已煮好的螺丝粉, 拌匀; 加入早前准备好的另一半九层塔酱料和一汤匙的橄榄油, 拌匀
  3. 盛起, 撒上些松子即可趁热享用
