Stir-Fry Glass Noodles (炒冬粉) – Song-Cho Ideal Wok (松厨IDEAL万用锅)

Try out this simple stir-fry glass noodles recipe using Song-Cho Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok, filling for the tummy.

Serves 4


  • Glass Noodle 200g (soak for 5 minutes till tender & drain)
  • Chinese Mushroom 5 pcs (soak till tender, drain & slice)
  • Dried Shrimp 80g (wash & drain)
  • Garlic 4 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Fried Shallots 2tbsp
  • Red Chilli ½ pc
  • Coriander Leaves a little for garnish
  • Light Soy Sauce 2tsp (adjust according to preference)
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1tbsp
  • Water about 350ml

*You may make changes to the dry ingredients and/or adjust the quantity according to personal preference.


  1. Add oil into Ideal wok before the wok heats up, turn on high heat. Add dried shrimp & garlic, stir-fry till fragrant.
  2. Add mushroom, continue to stir-fry till about cooked.
  3. Add light soy sauce, half amount of water and dark soy sauce; add a bit more water if not enough.
  4. Add glass noodles, mix well, cover the wok and let it simmer at medium/low heat till sauce is nearly dry.
  5. Taste and add more light/dark soy sauce till you are satisfied with the taste and colour. *Note: food usually taste saltier when it cools down, thus you may want to refrain from adding too much seasoning.
  6. Dish up and get ready to eat!

  • 冬粉200克 (浸泡至软, 沥干水分)
  • 香菇5朵 (浸泡至软, 沥干水分, 切片)
  • 虾米80克 (洗净)
  • 蒜头4瓣 (剁碎)
  • 炸葱头 2汤匙
  • 红辣椒 ½条
  • 芫荽 点缀用
  • 酱青 2茶匙 (可随个人喜好调整)
  • 酱油 1汤匙
  • 清水 约350毫升

*可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量


  1. 冷锅下油, 开大火, 加入虾米和蒜蓉炒香
  2. 加入香菇一起翻炒至快熟
  3. 加入酱青和一半的清水, 然后加入酱油; 如果嫌水份少, 可再加入多些清水
  4. 加入冬粉拌均匀, 回中/小火, 盖上锅盖让它焖煮至酱汁收干
  5. 试试味道, 如果不够味可再加入酱青/酱油调味 *注:食物味道在冷却后会比较咸,调味料别弄得太咸哦
  6. 盛盘即可享用
