Cook up a yummy and nutritious Steam Tofu Egg using Song-Cho 30cm Multiply Stainless Steel Ideal Wok.

Serves 3-4


  • Soy Milk 500ml (may get ready-made or *make your own if you have Song-Cho Soup Maker)
  • Egg Yolk 3pcs
  • Egg White 6pcs
  • Bonito Powder 7g


  1. Mix the yolks and whites together.
  2. Add soy milk and bonito powder, mix well.
  3. Sieve the egg mixture (to ensure smooth texture)
  4. Place a trivet in the wok, add water till the surface of trivet, then place a steam plate onto the trivet, pour the sieved egg mixture into the steam plate.
  5. Cover the wok, turn on high heat and bring the water to a boil, lower to small heat and steam for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, the steam tofu egg should be ready. Remove from wok and serve hot.

  • 豆浆 500毫升 (可买现成的, 也可利用*松厨浓汤机制作)
  • 蛋黄 3粒
  • 蛋白 6粒
  • 柴鱼粉 7克


  1. 把蛋黄和蛋白拌均匀
  2. 加入豆浆和柴鱼粉搅拌均匀
  3. 过滤蛋液 (过滤程序可制作出更顺滑的豆腐)
  4. 在锅中放入蒸架, 倒入清水至蒸架表面, 放入蒸盘, 把蛋液倒入蒸盘里, 取出泡沫
  5. 盖上锅盖, 开大火至水滚后回小火蒸10分钟
  6. 10分钟后, 家乡豆腐蒸蛋就应该好了, 从锅中取出, 趁热享用
