Pumpkin Cashew Nut Paste (南瓜腰果糊) – Song-Cho Soup Maker (松厨浓汤机)

Try this new Pumpkin Cashew Nut savoury paste (rather a more soupy consistency) recipe using SONG-CHO Soup Maker. Great for elderly who cannot bite well.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin 400g (cut into to small cubes)
  • Cashew Nuts 15pcs
  • Onion 100g (dice it)
  • Potato 100g (dice it)
  • Chicken Stock 400ml
  • Water (to fill up to 1300ml mark with ingredients)

*You may make changes to the dry ingredients and/or adjust the quantity according to personal preference.

Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients into the SOUP MAKER.
  2. Add water up to 1300ml mark
  3. Press MENU till PASTE function, press START (takes 24 minutes).
  4. When the SOUP MAKER beeps, off power and open the lid, scoop into a bowl and it is ready to be served.

  • 南瓜400克 (切小丁)
  • 腰果15粒
  • 洋葱100克 (切小丁)
  • 马铃薯100克 (切小丁)
  • 鸡汤400毫升
  • 清水 适量 (加至1300毫升水位刻度线即可)

*可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量

做法:

  1. 把所需材料倒入浓汤机内
  2. 加清水至桶上的水位刻度线1300ml
  3. MENUPASTE键, 按START (需24分钟)
  4. 浓汤机发出哔哔声响表示程序完成, 关电源开盖盛碗即可享用
