Let instructor Helen Lim demonstrates how to make the delicious Ondeh Ondeh using SONG-CHO multiply stainless steel ELEGANT Cookware Set.

Serves 4

Ingredient A:

  • Glutinous Rice Flour 300g
  • Tapioca Flour 2 tbsp
  • Sweet Potato (steamed till soft & mashed) 200g
  • Water 200g
  • Coconut Milk 100g
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Ingredient B:

  • Desiccated Coconut 300g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pandan Leaves 5 pcs (bundled)

Ingredient C:

  • Palm Sugar 300g


  1. Mix Ingredient A to form a dough.
  2. Grate the palm sugar and roll it into little balls.
  3. Steam Ingredient B for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough (1) into small sections, flatten it and place a little ball of palm sugar into the dough. Mould the same into a little ball.
  5. Repeat (4) until the dough is finished. Place the ondeh ondeh into boiling water and turn the heat to low fire.
  6. When the ondeh ondeh floats, take them out and coat with (3) desiccated coconut.
  7. Serve when cooled.

  • 糯米粉 300克
  • 木薯粉 2汤匙
  • 蕃薯 200克 (蒸煮至软并压碎)
  • 清水 200克
  • 椰奶 100克
  • 油 1汤匙


  • 干椰丝 300克
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 香兰叶 5片 (绑定)


  • 椰糖 300克


  1. 材料A混合搓成面团
  2. 把椰糖磨碎揉搓成粒状
  3. 材料B蒸约5分钟
  4. 把面团分成小段压扁, 把粒状椰糖放入小面团内包裹起来, 揉成粒状
  5. 重复(4)至所有面团用完为止; 把包裹好的面团放入滚热的清水里, 回小火
  6. 当面团粒浮起时就可以捞起, 裹上椰丝(3)
  7. 待冷却后即可享用
