Use Song-Cho Magic Quick Cook pressure cooker to prepare the ever popular Chicken Curry in just minutes! Simple & yummy!

Serves 4


  • Chicken pcs 1.5kg
  • Potato 4pcs (dice it)
  • Carrots 2pcs (dice it)
  • Coconut Milk 200ml (ready packet from supermarket)
  • Curry Paste 240g (ready packet from supermarket)
  • Water 400ml


  1.  Mix the carry paste with chicken pcs.
  2.  Add carrots, potatoes and chicken pcs into the Magic Quick Cook, add water.
  3.  Close the lid in clockwise direction (align the arrow on the lid and handle), press the lid gently down (ensure it is closed properly); push the side button down (to lock it) and straighten the balancing weight. Turn high heat.
  4.  When the balancing weight starts to rock, turn to small/medium heat and cook for 3 minutes, turn off the heat thereafter.
  5.  Open the lid ONLY when the side pressure indicator drops (IMPT!), add coconut milk and bring the pot curry to a boil and it is ready to be served.

  • 鸡肉块1.5公斤
  • 马铃薯4粒 (切块)
  • 红萝卜2条 (切块)
  • 椰浆200毫升
  • 咖喱酱240克
  • 清水 400毫升


  1.  将鸡肉块用咖喱酱腌制, 备用
  2.  把红萝卜, 马铃薯和鸡肉块倒入气压锅内, 加入清水
  3.  顺时钟盖上锅盖 (锅盖和手柄的箭头要对准), 轻轻压下 (确保盖好); 把开关钮往下推 (锁住), 将配重头固定位置 (弄直), 开大火
  4.  当配重头开始摇摆时, 调中小火, 此时开始计时3分钟后熄火
  5.  等到指示阀下降后开盖 (重要!), 加入椰浆开火煮滚即可享用
