Try this simple nutritious Stir-Fry Vegetables (Amaranth) with 3 Types of Egg using Song-Cho 30cm Stainless Steel Ideal Wok. 😄
- Salted Egg Yolk 2pcs (cut into small pcs)
- Salted Egg White 1pc (cut into small pcs)
- Egg White 1pc
- Century Egg 1pc (cut into small pcs)
- Amaranth Vegetable 300g (wash, drain & separate stems with leaves)
- Garlic 1tsp (chopped finely)
- Oil a little
- Water a little
- Add oil into the wok before it gets heated up, add garlic, stir-fry till fragrant and add Amaranth vegetable (add the stem 1st and leaves later as the leaves cooked quicker).
- Add some water and salt to taste.
- Add salted egg yolk (and salted egg white if desired), stir-fry for a moment, cover the wok and let the vegetables cook.
- A moment later, open the lid, add century egg and egg white, mix well and it is ready to be served.

- 油 少许
- 淸水 少许
- 冷锅下油, 加入蒜蓉爆香, 后加入苋菜一起翻炒 (先下梗后加叶, 叶子部分较快熟)
- 倒入一些水, 再加入少许盐调味
- 加入咸蛋黄 (也可外加咸蛋白), 翻炒片刻, 盖上锅盖焖熟
- 稍后, 打开盖子, 加入皮蛋和蛋白翻炒均匀即可上碟
