Using SONG-CHO BREAD MAKER to make delicious bread with filling is simple! This recipe shows you how to incorporate fillings into the dough. You can change the filling to cheese, chocolate, etc.! Have fun!


  • Bread flour 240g
  • Plain flour 240g
  • Water 250ml
  • Salt 3g (1 small tsp if using the measuring spoon provided)
  • Sugar 40g
  • Yeast 5g
  • Butter 50g
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Red Bean Paste 200g (ready-made packet available in supermarket)

Steps (12 RISE DOUGH >> 16 RISE >> 17 BAKE)

Yes, there are 3 steps involved when baking bread with filling. We have to make the dough & let it proof (12 RISE DOUGH), knead the filling in, proof again (16 RISE) & finally bake (17 BAKE).

  1.  Place the mixing blade into the empty bread barrel.
  2.  Pour the ingredients into the bread barrel in sequence (important). Water >> Sugar >> Salt >> Egg >> Both Flour >> Yeast (must not come into contact with salt) >> Butter
  3.  Place the bread barrel into the Bread Maker and fix it by turning it at a clockwise direction (ensure it is properly fixed). Close the cover and on the power.
  4.  Press MENU till number 12 RISE DOUGH; press START and the Bread Maker will start operating automatically (1 hour 30 mins to completion).
  5.  Upon completion, remove the barrel from the Bread Maker and take out the dough (remember to remove the mixing blade).
  6.  Flatten the dough by using a rolling pin (or anything that could flatten the dough).
  7.  Spread the red bean paste on the center part of the dough. Fold the longer sides and roll the dough and shaped it into a ball.
  8.  Place the dough back into the barrel (w/o the mixing blade) and into the Bread Maker.
  9.  Press MENU till number 16 RISE; press START (takes 50 minutes for the rolled dough to proof for the 2nd time).
  10.  When the time is up, press and hold the STOP button so it will return to default setting. Press MENU till number 17 BAKE, change the time setting to 45 minutes by pressing the UP arrow button. Press START button twice (ensure red light is on) to start baking.
  11.  After 45 minutes, the Bread Maker will beep. Off the power and open the cover. Using the hook provided, bring the barrel holder up (careful, it’s hot!). Hold the holder using a cloth or mitten, remove the barrel by twisting it at an anti-clockwise direction. While the bread is still hot, remove it from the barrel by holding the barrel upside down using a cloth or mitten and shaking it (do not use sharp object to try to get it out). If the bread sits inside the barrel for too long, it may wrinkle and affects the texture.
  12.  You may choose to brush it with butter to have a nice outer sheer. Slice the bread once it has cooled down and enjoy the fresh bake.

* Cleaning the BREAD MAKER

Just need to wash the bread barrel and mixing blade with mild detergent and non-abrasive sponge. For the Bread Maker itself, use a damp cloth to wipe the interior and exterior of the machine and leave it to dry. All cleaning/washing should be done only when the Bread Maker has cool down.

是的,烘培含内陷的面包需3阶段. 我们必须制作面团并让它发酵 (12 RISE DOUGH), 然后把材料裹入在面团内, 发酵第二次 (16 RISE), 最后才烘培 (17 BAKE).

  1.  将面包桶内的叶片安装好
  2.  将材料顺序放入面包桶中 (注: 次序很重要) = 清水 >> 糖 >> 盐 >> 鸡蛋 >> 2种面粉 >> 酵母 (不可与盐接触) >> 牛油
  3.  将面包桶顺时钟安装在面包机内 (注: 确认桶要装好) , 盖上机盖, 插上电源
  4.  按MENU至12号键RISE DOUGH, 然后按START, 面包机开始操作 (需1小时30分钟)
  5.  程序完成后, 把面包桶取出,再把面团取出 (记得把叶片取出)
  6.  把面团揉平
  7.  把红豆沙铺在面团中央, 把较长的边边向内折, 卷成筒状然后揉成圆形
  8.  把面团放回面包桶内 (无需叶片) 并放入面包机内
  9.  关上盖子, 按MENU至16号键RISE, 然后按START (需50分钟让面团发酵第二次)
  10.  程序完成后, 持续按STOP键让它还原为默认功能; 按MENU至17号键BAKE, 利用 “上箭头” 键把烘培时间改为45分钟, 按START键两次 (确定红灯亮起)
  11.  面包机会依据程序自行操作; 程序完成后, 面包机会再度发出哔哔声. 关掉电源, 打开盖子, 利用钩子将面包桶的手柄拉上 (小心烫), 再利用抹布将面包桶逆时钟取出. 在面包还热时从桶内取出(用摇晃方式, 不要用利器或其他物件将它挖出). 如果把面包置放在面包机内太久, 面包很容易呈现皱纹, 影响口感.
  12.  如喜欢, 可在面包表层涂抹牛油, 即好看又美味; 待面包冷却后切片享用
