Using SONG-CHO Buffalo Brand Air Fryer to simple yet delicious cupcake is easy as breeze.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Self-Rising flour 400g
  • Tartar flour 1tsp (5g)
  • Sugar 300g
  • Egg 5pcs (separate the yolk)
  • Orange 1pc (orange peel & juice needed)
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Raisins / dried fruits as desired (toppings)

Steps:

1) Beat the egg whites in a bowl till foamy. Add sugar and continue to beat the mixture till soft peak is formed.

2) Add yolk, oil, tartar flour and continue to beat the mixture till they are well mixed.

3) Add orange peel, orange juice, self-rising flour and mix well in one direction.

4) Scoop a spoonful of mixture into cupcake mold, sprinkle desired toppings (e.g. raisins, dried fruits, etc.).

5) Place the cupcakes onto the trivet inside the Air Fryer.

6) Close the lid. Press “BAKE”, press “-TEMP” till 160 degrees, press “– TIME” till 12 minutes, press POWER

7) After 12 minutes, open the lid, remove the cupcakes from the Air Fryer and let them cool down before serving.

利用松厨牛头牌气炸锅烘培杯子蛋糕真的很简单。

供4人份

材料:

  • 自发面粉 400克
  • 塔塔粉 1茶匙 (5克)
  • 糖 300克
  • 鸡蛋 5粒 (把蛋黄分开)
  • 橙 1粒 (取些橙皮和果汁备用)
  • 油 2汤匙
  • 葡萄干/干果 适量 (配料用)

做法:

1) 把蛋白搅打至泡沫状, 加入白糖继续搅打至霜状

2) 加入蛋黄, 油和塔塔粉继续高速搅打至均匀

3) 加入橙皮, 橙汁和自发面粉慢慢顺一个方向搅拌均匀

4) 把一勺匙搅好的面糊加入杯子蛋糕模具内, 撒上不同的配料

5) 把杯子蛋糕摆入气炸锅内的高脚架上

6) 关上锅盖。按 “烘培”, 按 “-温度”至160度, 按 “-时间”至12分钟, 最后按 “电源” 启动

7) 程序完成后,开盖把杯子蛋糕取出, 待冷却后便可享用
