White Fungus Soup (白木耳甜汤) – Song-Cho Soup Maker (松厨浓汤机)

Home-made goodness, White Fungus dessert can be easily done in 40 minutes using SONG-CHO SOUP MAKER without the need to watch over the stove. ⏳ ✌️

Serves 4 to 6


  • White Fungus 1pc, approx 20-25g (soak till soft, drained and cut into smaller pieces)
  • Red Dates 10-15pcs, approx 20-30g
  • Dried Longgan 50g
  • Barley 50g
  • Sweet Apricot Kernel 40g
  • Rock Sugar to taste (personal preference)
  • Water (to fill up to 1500ml mark with ingredients)

*You may make changes to the dry ingredients and/or adjust the quantity according to personal preference.



  1. Pour all ingredients (except rock sugar) into the SOUP MAKER.
  2. Add water up to 1500ml mark
  3. Press MENU till STEW function, press START (takes 40 minutes).
  4. When the SOUP MAKER beeps, off power and open the lid. Add rock sugar to taste and it is ready to be served. 😋


  • Wash only when it cools down.
  • Soup Maker should not be immersed in water. Thus, avoid washing the bottom portion with water. Just focus on washing the inner jug clean (and the upper blade portion), you can wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  • If you want to use the Soup Maker continuously, give it a 30 minute break time before using it again.

  • 白木耳 1朵, 约20-25克 (浸泡至软, 沥干水分, 剪成小朵)
  • 红枣 10-15粒, 约20-30克
  • 龙眼干 50克
  • 薏米 50克
  • 南杏 40克
  • 冰糖 适量 (随各人喜好)
  • 清水 适量 (加至1500毫升水位刻度线即可)

*可随个人喜好, 调整材料和用量



  1. 把所需材料(除冰糖外)倒入浓汤机内
  2. 加清水至桶上的水位刻度线1500ml
  3. 按MENU至STEW键, 按START (需40分钟)
  4. 浓汤机发出哔哔声响表示程序完成, 关电源开盖加入冰糖即可享用 🍵


  • 等浓汤机冷却后才清洗
  • 不可将浓汤机沉浸在水里或冲洗机身底部, 只需清洗桶内即可;外层只需用湿布抹干净
  • 如果想要继续使用浓汤机,让它休息30分钟才继续使用
