Chinese Yam & Cranberry Bean Soup (淮山珍珠豆养身汤) – Song-Cho Rice Cooker SC-EB10 (松厨电饭锅 SC-EB10)

You can do more than just cook rice with Song-Cho Rice Cooker. Prepare a simple nutritious soup using the SOUP function, great for the entire family.

 Serves 4-6


  • Chinese Yam half pc (remove skin & dice)
  • Cranberry Beans 1 cup (50g) (wash & drain)
  • Carrot 1 pc (remove skin & dice)
  • Asparagus 1-2 pcs (remove skin, cut into pcs)
  • Pork 250g (wash, drain & dice)
  • Water 800ml


  • Chicken Powder ½ cube
  • Fried Shallots a little to taste



  1. Add all ingredients into the *rice cooker.
  2. Close lid, press FUNCTION till SOUP, press START; it will take an hour.
  3. When it is done, add in the seasoning and stir well; close the lid to let it simmer a while and it is ready!

  • 淮山 半段 (去皮切块)
  • 珍珠豆 1杯(50克) (洗净)
  • 红萝卜1根 (去皮切块)
  • 芦笋1-2条 (洗净切段)
  • 肉头250克 (洗净切块)
  • 清水800毫升


  • 鸡精粉 半块
  • 炸葱头 少许



  1. 将所有材料倒入*饭锅内。
  2. 盖上锅盖, 按FUNCTION 键至SOUP 功能, 按 START 键; 需1小时。
  3. 程序完成后,加入鸡精粉和炸葱头,盖上锅盖焖煮一下即可享用。
