Roast chicken thigh with crispy skin using SONG-CHO Buffalo Brand Air Fryer. Really simple in just 20 minutes! 🍗😙

Serves 2 to 3

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Thigh 2 pcs
  • Oyster Sauce a little to taste
  • Oil a little

Steps:

  1. Marinate the chicken thigh with oyster sauce for an hour.
  2. Place the chicken thigh skin down in the air fryer.
  3. Close the lid. Press “ROAST”, press “ TEMP” till 120 degrees, press “ TIME” till 10 (minutes), press “POWER” to start.
  4. After 10 minutes, open the lid and turn the chicken thigh over (with skin facing up).
  5. Close the lid. Press “ROAST”, press “ TIME” till 10 (minutes), press “POWER” (temperature default at 200 degrees).
  6. After 7 minutes, open the lid and brush some oil on the skin. This will make the skin crispy and shiny. Close the lid and let it continue to roast for 3 more minutes.
  7. Open the lid and remove from the air fryer when it is done. Enjoy when it cools down.  🍽

  4. 10分钟后,把鸡腿翻面
  5. 关上锅盖。按 “烧烤”, 按 “时间”至10(分钟), 最后按 “电源” 启动 (温度默认为200度)
  6. 约7分钟后,打开锅盖,在鸡腿表层涂抹上一些油让鸡皮更香脆; 关上锅盖让它继续烘烤
  7. 程序完成后,开盖把鸡腿取出,待冷却后便可享用。🍗
