Serves 3 to 4


  • Clams 1 kg
  • Fermented black beans 1 tbsp
  • Red chili ½ pc (finely sliced)
  • Ginger 1 small pc (finely sliced)
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (finely shopped)
  • Chicken broth a bit to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp



  1. Add oil into the wok before it gets heated up, add garlic and ginger, fry till fragrant.
  2. Next, add chili, fermented black bean and clams.
  3. Stir-fry till the clams are opened and they are ready to be served.

  • 蛤蜊 1公斤
  • 豆鼓 1汤匙
  • 辣椒半条 (切丝)
  • 姜小块(切丝)
  • 蒜蓉 1汤匙
  • 上汤 少许
  • 油 2汤匙


  1. 冷锅下油, 加入蒜蓉和姜丝爆香
  2. 接下来,加入辣椒丝,豆豉和蛤蜊
  3. 炒至蛤蜊“开口笑”(壳开)即可上碟
