Creamy Mushroom Soup (蘑菇浓汤) – Song-Cho Soup Maker (松厨浓汤机)

Creamy mushroom soup is easy to make especially if you have SONG-CHO SOUP MAKER. Done in 40 minutes without the need to watch over the stove.  😀

Serves 3 to 4

Ingredients (A):

  • Mushroom 300g (dice into smaller pieces)
  • Onion 1pc (dice into small pieces)
  • Potato 100g (dice into cubes about 25x25x25mm)
  • Butter 20g

Ingredients (B):

  • Rice 50g (wash & drain)
  • Stock 400ml
  • Water as required

Steps:

  1. Wash and cut ingredients (A)
  2. Put *ingredients (A) into the Soup Maker, add rice and stock
  3. Add water up to between 1300ml to 1500ml mark
  4. Press MENU & select SOUP button
  5. After cooking program is done, open the Soup Maker, add salt or any preferred seasoning to taste

*Stir-fry the cut ingredients (A) before putting them into the jug can enhance the flavour of the soup.

Cleaning/Care:

  • Wash only when it cools down.
  • Soup Maker should not be immersed in water. Thus, avoid washing the bottom portion with water. Just focus on washing the inner jug clean (and the upper blade portion), you can wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  • If you want to use the Soup Maker continuously, give it a 30 minute break time before using it again.

材料 (A):

  • 蘑菇 300克  (切块)
  • 白洋葱 1粒 (切小块)
  • 马铃薯 100克 (切小块 25x25x25mm)
  • 牛油 20克

材料 (B):

  • 白米 50克 (洗净滤干)
  • 高汤 400毫升
  • 清水 适量

做法:

  1. 把所需材料洗净切好备用
  2. 把*材料(A) 加入浓汤机桶内, 再加入白米和高汤
  3. 加清水至桶上的水位刻度线1300ml至1500ml
  4. 按MENU, 选择SOUP按钮
  5. 煮浓汤过程完成, 开盖最后加盐等适量调味料即可

*将材料(A)预先翻炒出香味, 后再放入桶内煮, 味道更美味可口。 🙂

清洗/照顾:

  • 等浓汤机冷却后才清洗
  • 不可将浓汤机沉浸在水里或冲洗机身底部, 只需清洗桶内即可;外层只需用湿布抹干净
  • 如果想要继续使用浓汤机,让它休息30分钟才继续使用
