Fermented Black Bean Duck (豆鼓鸭) – Magic Quick Cook Pressure Cooker (松厨魔法气压锅) & Function Wok (牛头牌万用锅)

Try this simple duck recipe at home using SONG-CHO Magic Quick Cook Pressure Cooker and Function Wok. 🙂


 Serves 4 to 6


  • Duck meat 3kg
  • Ginger slice 20g
  • Fermented black bean 15g (finely chopped)
  • Oyster sauce 20g
  • Water 50ml



1) Blanched the duck meat for a few minutes, drain the water and set aside.

2) Pour oil into the Function Wok (before the wok gets heated up), add fermented black bean and stir-fry, add ginger slices and stir-fry till fragrant and tender.

3) Add duck meat, mix well.

4) Add oyster sauce, mix well and add water, mix well.

5) Pour all mixture into the Magic Quick Cook. Close and lock the lid. Cooking time is 10 minutes (10 minutes timing starts only when the balancing weight rocks). Turn to medium/low heat when the balancing weight rocks. (Standard pressure cooker will take approximately 20-30 minutes and normal cooking pot will take approximately 60-90 minutes at low heat).

6) After the pressure indicator drops, it is ready to be served.


Close lid >> Turn HIGH heat >> Balancing weight rocks >> Turn MEDIUM/LOW heat >> Start timing the COOKING TIME >> Turn OFF heat when cooking time is up >> WAIT for pressure indicator to DROP >> Open lid

利用松厨魔法气压锅牛头牌万用锅烹煮这道简单的豆鼓鸭。 🙂



  • 鸭肉 3公斤
  • 姜片 20克
  • 豆鼓 15克
  • 蚝油 20克
  • 清水50毫升


1) 将鸭肉过烧水几分钟, 后沥干水分备用

2) 冷锅下油,加入豆鼓翻炒一下, 加入姜片爆香

3) 加入鸭肉,炒匀

4) 再加入蚝油拌匀,然后加入清水拌匀

5) 把抄好的食材倒入魔法欺压锅内, 盖上并锁上锅盖. 气压锅烹煮时间是10分钟 (配重头摇摆时才开始计时10分钟) 。配重头摇摆时关中小火。(一般气压锅需20-30分钟烹煮时间,普通汤锅则需60-90分钟)

6) 示阀下降后, 完成



盖锅 >> 开大火 >> 配重头摇摆 >> 关中小火 >> 计时烹煮时间 >> 时间到, 熄火>> 等指示阀下降 >> 开盖
