Make a simple Green Apple Chicken dish with Buffalo 35cm Function Wok. 🙂

 Serves 3 to 4


  • Green apple 2pcs (slice into strips)
  • Chicken fillet 200g (slice into strips)
  • Black fungus 3pcs (slice into fine strips)
  • Carrot 100g (slice into fine strips)
  • Chili 1pc (slice into fine strips)
  • Garlic 1tsp (chopped finely)
  • Salt 1tsp (to taste)
  • Water half a bowl



  1. Pour oil into wok.
  2. Stir-fry garlic till fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, stir-fry a while.
  4. Add black fungus, stir-fry.
  5. Add chicken, mix and stir-fry well, add salt to taste and continue to stir-fry.
  6. Add green apple strips when the chicken is about 70% cooked and continue to fry the mixture.
  7. Add some water and stir-fry till the chicken strips are cooked.
  8. Scoop into a plate and garnish with chili.





  • 青苹果2粒 (切条状)
  • 鸡柳200克 (切条状)
  • 黑木耳3朵 (切丝)
  • 红萝卜100克 (切丝)
  • 辣椒1条 (切丝)
  • 蒜蓉少许
  • 盐少许


  1. 冷油下锅 (用于不锈钢锅)
  2. 加入蒜蓉将它爆香
  3. 加入红萝卜丝, 翻炒一下
  4. 加入黑木耳丝,继续翻炒
  5. 加入鸡柳并继续翻炒, 再加入盐调味
  6. 当鸡柳炒到七分熟时,再加入青苹果翻炒均匀
  7. 加入适量清水炒到鸡柳熟透为止
  8. 盛入盘中, 撒上辣椒点缀即可
