Soy Residue Omelette (豆渣蛋饼) – Ideal Wok (Ideal平底万用锅)

Not sure what to do with the residue from your home made soy milk? Why not try our simple yet nutritious omelette using multiply stainless steel IDEAL Wok? 🙂

Serves 3 to 4

Ingredients:

  • Soy Residue 400g
  • Egg 6 pieces

Seasoning:

  • Light Soy Sauce 1-2 tbsp (as per personal preference)

Steps:

  1. Squeeze and remove all liquid from the soy residue.
  2. Pour the residue onto a plate and break it up with a fork.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat it.
  4. Pour in the soy residue, mix well.
  5. Add seasoning, mix well.
  6. Pour oil into the wok, when there is slight smoke appearing on the surface, pour in the egg mixture.
  7. Pan-fry till cooked and golden brown (about 10 minutes); read to serve.

Simple and nutritious dish ready in a zip. What’s more? No wastage of the soy residue. 🙂

利用松厨IDEAL平底炒菜锅烹煮豆渣蛋饼

供3-4人份

材料:

  • 豆渣 400克
  • 蛋 6粒

调料:

  • 酱清 1-2汤匙 (以各人喜好)

做法:

  1. 将豆渣内多余的水份挤干
  2. 把豆渣倒入盘中,用叉子将它弄散
  3. 把蛋打入一个碗中,打均匀
  4. 把豆渣加入,搅拌均匀
  5. 加入调料,拌均匀
  6. 冷油下锅,待微微冒烟时加入调理好的鸡蛋
  7. 两面煎熟/香即可(大约10分钟)

营养又特别的豆渣煎蛋饼轻易完成,完全不浪费所剩的豆渣。:)
